Cancellation Policy At Turtlemann, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of $25 will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
